The Adoption Process
To begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application below. A team member will review your submission in 3-5 business days and then be in contact with you. Once you have an accepted application, you are approved to adopt. Approved applications are valid for one year post-approval date. Available kittens and cats can be viewed on our website, Petfinder, or Facebook page. If there is someone you are interested in, please contact us to schedule a visit or attend an adoption event. If you find the perfect kitty, you will be asked to pay the adoption fee, fill out some adoption paperwork, and then you can take your new best friend home!

What are your adoption fees?
Kittens 8 weeks-6 months: $185
Two Kitten Special: $325
Cats 6 months and over: $120
FIV and Special Needs Cats: $75
What is included in adoption?
All cats and kittens adopted from Red Rocks Kitten Rescue are up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and examined by a vet prior to adoption. All medical records will go home with each kitty when adopted. We will also send home an adoption goody bag that contains a small bag of food as well as a blanket with familiar smells to help with the transition to your home.
Why do you have an adoption application?
At RRKR we are committed to finding cats and kittens forever homes, and therefore want to make sure the cat or kitten you are bringing home is a perfect match! Adoption applications allow us to build a profile for each adopter to give us an idea of which kitties in our care would fit well into your home.
